Terms of Sale
1. Scope and customers
These Terms apply to all purchases of SaaSMarketingLab products via this website. The seller is Figuralist LLC, Tornimae 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, which operates SaaSMarketingLab as a brand ("we", "us").
We sell exclusively to businesses: companies and self-employed persons, such as SaaS founders and freelancers, who buy for their business. We do not sell to consumers. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying as a business. Your own terms do not apply.
2. Products
We sell digital products: the front-end offers, the add-ons offered at checkout and the one-time offers shown after a purchase. What each product contains is described on its sales page at the time of your order. Where stated, a product includes access to the SaaSMarketingLab community on Skool. All products are one-time payments, with no subscription and no automatic renewal.
3. How the contract is concluded
By clicking the payment button on the Stripe checkout page, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email or give you access to the product, whichever comes first. The contract language is English. These Terms are available on this website at any time and can be saved or printed.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and do not include VAT. For business customers in the EU, the reverse charge procedure applies. Payment is processed by Stripe and is due immediately.
5. Delivery and community access
You receive your access details by email right after payment. If they do not arrive within one hour, write to [email protected].
Community access is not time-limited. If we ever close the community, we will inform you at least 30 days in advance, and you keep all materials you received.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing [email protected] from the address you used to buy. You do not need to give a reason. The guarantee covers all products bought in the same order, including add-ons. We refund the amount to your original payment method.
You keep the materials you received. Your community access ends with the refund.
7. Usage rights
You may use the materials yourself and in your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or pass on the materials or your access to others.
8. No guaranteed results
Our products show you a method and give you the materials to apply it. Your results depend on your product, your market and how you carry out the work. Numbers and examples on our pages are illustrations, not a promise of a specific number of users or amount of revenue.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential for the performance of the contract. In this case, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage and to the amount you paid for the product. Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms and all contracts under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
